On receipt of your order, items will usually be picked and packaged within 3 days ready for dispatch on day 4. All picking and packaging are carried out by experienced members, and every effort is made to ensure all items ordered are dispatched on time. However if any item becomes out of stock at the point of ordering and making payment you will be refunded any monies due immediately. You will receive an email at each stage of your order being processed, until you receive delivery. Goods must be signed for where recorded delivery has been made. If at any stage an item is missing from your packaging Gordon Materials will do everything to resolve the problem but you must inform us immediately. We will supply you with a replacement or another alternative. We will investigate from the point of picking to the dispatch and postage of all missing claims. Gordon Materials Clothings will not leave you at a loss.
SHIPMENT AND PACKAGING
Packages are usually shipped by the 4th working day of receipt of payment, and are shipped via royal mail 1st class post. Large
shipments will be made via recorded delivery, we will however, pay the difference between the usual postal rate below and the recorded delivery fee. Postage/shipping fees include package and handling and is set at a percentage of order total. Please use the postage table below to find out what you will be charge for postage. From time to time we offer a free shipment service as part of our promotional offer, so please keep a look out for this. Packaging is carried out very carefully and securely and goods are well protected for postage.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENT / TRACKING - WE SHIP TO ANY COUNTRY
For international shipment please place your purchase in the shopping basket. When finished shopping, click your check out button, then follow the prompt. Gordon Materials will charge you for product and shipping during the checkout process. You will be responsible for paying taxes and duties to customs at the time of delivery if required. Please be aware exchange rates change daily and Gordon Materials is not responsible for any loss incurred as a result of currency change. Shipment tracking will be made available once purchase has been shipped and the fees paid for this service. This service is not automatic, therefore a request must be made. Please allow a maximum of 10 days for goods to arrive internationally from confirmation of shipment.
We offer a refund policy if unsatisfied with any purchase. No liability for any claims for damages shall be accepted unless notified in writing within 14 days of delivery. Returns must be sent back in its original packaging for a full refund. Shoe boxes must be placed in separate packaging. To send an item back to us please enclose the invoice which arrived with your packaging.
You may use your own shippers, but we recommend purchase tracking and insurance as we cannot be responsible for loss of shipment returned. Please send returns to the address below. Exchange can also be made, however due to health and safety we cannot refund or exchange personal items such as earrings. Please also be aware international returns can prove very expensive and time consuming so please be sure of your purchase before ordering.

Please allow 14 days processing of returns. Notification via email will be sent to you once processing is complete.You will then be sent your refund (only for goods returned) and according to the selected payment method chosen.
